Founded by Abdihajir Abdinoor, Baro English Platform established the Baro Computer Platform division on a simple belief: xirfadaha tiknoolajiyadda (technology skills) should never be a barrier to education, business, or international integration for the Somali people.

We realized that traditional computer training centers were often inaccessible or lacked modern, internationally recognized methodologies like full-stack development and AI. To solve this, we engineered an advanced EdTech platform that brings world-class tech education—tailored specifically for Somali speakers—directly to smartphones globally.

Today, we operate as a fully registered and legally compliant educational technology institution, combining rigorous academics with hands-on coding sandboxes to prepare our students for global tech careers, freelance opportunities, and enterprise software engineering roles.
